THESE ARE A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS...

Products, products products! Some of my favorite, can't-do-without, things! Check it out!

I lather up in this stuff every day! Nivea Essentially Enriched is THE best lotion, by far. It hydrates my dry prone skin so well and I have been using it for as long as I can remember!

I recently started using this Nivea creme for touch ups on places that I tend to get very dry skin; upper arms, elbows, knees, etc.

This Vaseline with cocoa butter is so amazing! I will also use this on dry prone areas of my body and at night I apply it to my lips, under my nose and below my eyes. So moisturizing!

After a full day of makeup wearing, I'll use an Equate makeup removing wipe followed by this St. Ives face scrub. Gotta clean those pores!

My everyday face lotion is this great stuff! Even in the winter, an SPF is definitely key. Just a pump and a half moisturizes me enough before I apply my makeup. Love!

And lastly, Maderma PM. This one is a little pricey, but if it is going to rid me of scars, so be it! I apply this on any area of my body that needs some healing and also apply a thin coat of it to my face before bed.

And lastly, after Maderma I apply a generous amount of this cream to my face. Moisture, moisture, moisture! I don't have perfect skin by far, but ever since I switched from drying the crap out of my face with creams like Clearsil to full on moisture, there has been a significant difference!

All of these products are available at your local stores!

THURSDAY THOUGHTS

Hey Hey! I am so ready for the holiday weekend! No major plans, but sometimes that is the best plan! Looking forward to some relaxation, food, drinks and time outdoors. After doing some things on Polyvore, I realized that I am very scatter-brained today, so here are my Thursday thoughts.

I am loving these knee high sandals! Even though I am quit a risk taker when it comes to fashion, I'm not sure if I would be brave enough to wear them. Actually, who am I kidding, I would totally try these! Confidence is everything, and if you are loving what you are wearing then who cares what anyone else thinks! Obviously, certain occasions call for certain dress attire, but on a random day, do what you love.

Loving these swimsuits (amongst others). I haven't actually purchased a one-piece swimsuit yet, but I am loving the two styles pictured below.

Noticing that I'm in a gold mood. Everything that caught my was.... GOLD!

And lastly, my nighttime regimen items. Love! I've had to switch it up quite a bit throughout the years, and so far this has been the most successful. The scrub is used only a few times a week, though. I've learned that drying out my skin is actually the worst thing I could have done. Finally jumped on the moisture ban-wagon and my skin has improved!

WEEKEND RECAP

Oh Sunday... always comes around too soon. Blah! Just waiting on all the snow to show up that we are expected to get! I do love me some snow although not so much when I have to go to work the next day, boo. So, the hubs was definitely a happy camper after UofL's blowout wins this weekend. My Missouri teams did not do so well.... oh well, can't win them all! Can't wait to cheer UofL on during the rest of the tournament!

Recap of the weekend:

Old Navy faux fur cardigan, Forever21 top, Lauren Conrad for Kohl's skinnies and heels and some Stella & Dot love.

Michael Kor's cardigan from TJ Maxx, Rock & Republic for Kohl's tank, Lauren Conrad for Kohl's skinnies, boot heels from Target and more Stella & Dot love.

Sparkly Bardot Spiral Bangle
Christina Link Bracelet

The Windsor Tassel Necklace is probably one of my absolute favorite Stella & Dot items I own. It is so beautiful and effortless. If you are debating on purchasing anything S&D, this is a great starter item and you will see the true craftsmanship that goes in to each of these pieces.

Eggs to go with dinner tonight.. Mmmm.. organic brown eggs, spinach, tomato, purple onion, feta, organic milk and pepper.

And lastly, a couple new purchases. A new flavor of the Natural Bliss creamer and a new lotion by St. Ives with natural ingredients. I figured that if I am going to lather my body in something every night it should probably be natural. Excited to try them out!

Going to finish watching the poison to my brain Kardashians and get some shut eye.

Good Night!
